Sub: Complaint Letter for Poor Delivery Service

Respected Sir, With due respect, I have placed an order through filpcart website 31st Jan . I have also paid the amount . Product arrived on 2 nd Feb 2022 but due to arrogant behavior I could not able to take the delivery and he takes back the delivery and now the delivery status showing that product is on the way,
I don't know what to say but the delivery boy arrogant behavior I didn't like it and now company zonal office man are helping him by delaying my order .
