[Resolved]  Delhivery — No one come to my office for picked up shipments last 4 days

My Order Tracking Id is AWB[protected]. Order is not picked up since 23rd March, 2023. Nobody came to pickup order. Instead I'm getting false messages from delhivery on daily basis. I'm fed up writing them multiple times on their website or through email. I'm unable to cancel the order as well
