I booked a shipment pick up from my home and the pick up was delayed for 3 days which prompted me to cancel the pick upon Dec 10 2021, AWB[protected], they status shows cancelled and refund has been initiated but I never received my refund. One of the worst Logistic service company, they don't even have a customer support system
