We've received a mail regarding our package which was lost in transit.
This is not the first time that this has happened. We would like a refund atleast of the package.
We've tried to mail a lot of times regarding lost packages but haven't received anything yet.
Everytime you say to raise issue on platform but after doing that we get no response. Such a horrible customer service.
It's saying 89 rs of Shipp would be refunded what about the package value??
2) We paid extra for issuing the package & then also the package was fully damaged not even from invade but also from the outside . the whole box was broken even after it being 5 ply box
AWB[protected] is delivered in damaged condition.
We have written more than 25 mails for these but then also no response till now its been weeks . This is not a joke at all What kind of rubbish stervice is this .
We have screenshots of all mail & pictures attached for proof as well We'll have to go for legal case now .
Extremely disappointed.
