Delhivery — No update of my order

I placed an order on FreeUp and it was picked up by Delhivery under AWB number [protected]. Since the pickup, there have been no further tracking updates, and I haven’t received any response from either Delhivery or FreeUp customer support. I would like to know the current status of my parcel and when I can expect the delivery.
