Delhivery — Non-delivery of goods.

I have purchased seeds from Hyderabad based company and the material has already been dispatched and I am getting message "Your order Foragen HYD - 6497 from Foragen Seeds Private Limited (AWB:[protected] is out for delivery and will arrive today". This message I am receiving for last three days but no delivery made till now. Yesterday evening also I have informed and one ticket no. created but neither any progress nor any information. But I have seen from track that the consignment is moving around Arambagh instead of Bardhaman.
Please look into the matter and arrange to delivery at the earliest.
