[Resolved]  Delhivery — Non delivery of paid items

I returned a Peter England suit of Rs 4409 to Flipkart through Delhivery courier service on 7th September 2022. I am attaching the Person who picked up the courier, his name with his phone number.

AWB[protected]

- the courier is for Westbury Express.

- The return item was picked up as per SMS .
- OTP was used to activated the Return pick up
- The Flipkart team is telling that the Seller has not received the item.
- So they have asked me to complaint against the Delhivery courier service
- I contacted Delhivery for confirmation but they are not reachable
- I want to Know where is My product, is it still in transit or reached WESTBURY EXPRESS

i have the customer copy given by the courier service. it has a scan too

After the complaint, Flipkart took up the matter and the item was found to be delivered. The seller was contacted and now I got my refund Thanks a lot
