Delhivery — Not delivering parcel

I had ordered the parcel from Surat, Gujarat to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Order Date 13th sept, Delivery Date 17th sept.

We are on 23rd sept and there is no confirmation on the delivery, aslo there is no response or support for delhivery. I have called their lame ass IVR many time but all they say is there is a ticket and someone would get back.

They force to download the Delhivery app and there is no response on the ticket.

Even the seller is. not able to connect with Delhivery, it is too frustrating.

such a CHOR company, I want a full refund of the goods value .
