Delhivery — Not delivering product

My customer's product was not delivered yet...the delivery update shows unable to reach my customer... But no delivery attempt made by delivery agent... It was my the second try for delivering same product to the same customer... First time product was returned to origin without asking to customer..Please deliver the order
