Delhivery — Not delivering the Package

I have ordered a package through Filmy Dice on 9 September and logistics partner is given to Delhivery. The package was reached the final delhivery facility in Chennai on 14 September. From the past 5 days, the Delhivery Team in Chennai is not at all taking responsibility to deliver my package till today (19 September). Instead, they are changing the status of the delivery to and fro for just the name sake. I request you to look into this issue and get it resolved. If not, I am going to take a legal action regarding this.
