I booked a package (Bridal Saree) from Varanasi to Jalandhar on 2nd March'23 from Delhivery Tracking No [protected]. I had attached a picture of package which shows the time stamp. It was not forwarded by the vendor till 7 March'23. On calling to request to speed up the process or give it back so i can book it from different courier so it can reach on time. Vendor stop taking call also. It was negligence from vendor due to which saree couldn't reach on time. I tried to register the complaint at delhivery site it couldnt be done as it said i must login from mobile number. On trying it always said package doesnt belong to user.
