Delhivery — Not picking up the product

I have received a package from Bombay Trooper through Delhivery carrier vide AWB No. [protected] and Order No. 42316487 dated 24.08.2025. However, i did not like the product and i applied for return of the product and the tracking number is [protected]. Thereafter, daily i received the messages from Delhivery Limited that someone is coming to pick the product but for many days like 5-6 days no body came to pick the product and when i tried to call the delivery person, no body picked up the call. Thereafter, when i checked the status online of my product, it is showing "Return Cancelled". Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
