This is to inform you that i had an order from meesho which was suppose to be delivered with the other order...
There were 2 orders for delivery on the same date of meesho by delhivery courier partner...
But i have received only 1 order...
The other order is not delivered to me and still it’s showing delivered...
Its a paid order... I contacted meesho customer care several times they r just giving me complaint number but no solution is provided...
I have requested for my product or the refund of that item which is not been delivered to me...
Without delivering that order id how comes wrong update is given on the tracking by delhivery... T
Even i mailed delhivery even they didn’t replied any of my email..
Such a pathetic customer service by meesho and delhivery..
I want a solution for the order delivery which is not happened...
I’m attaching the order details below of the order which is not delivered...
How can delhivery update a wrong status on meesho tracking that it’s delivered when it’s not...
Kindly give me my product as i have paid for it or the refund .
Very disappointed with meesho and delhivery customer service.
