[Resolved] Delhivery — Order is showing delivered but my customer has't receive the order. AWB No-:[protected] | |
AWB No-:[protected] One of my parcel is showing delivered on 27th September, 2021 but my customer claims that she has not received it. Today evening, my customer called me and asked me about the delay of her order. I checked the status and told her that it had been delivered. But my customer said she was out of station and no phone call received from any delivery agent. I always prefer Delhivery courier as they provide OTP based delivery service. But after getting my customer complaint, I checked the tracking history of AWB NO[protected] and find out that there is no notification about phone call by agent and OTP verified delivery. I complained about this issue through customer care service of Shyplite over phone. But the answer of customer care executive was not satisfactory to me. So I write down this mail again. Even, any complain docket number does not provided by customer care executive. She said that AWB NO-:[protected] is complain number itself. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
