Delhivery — Order is still stuck due to network

I don't see that the shipment AWB #[protected] is anywhere near the destination, yet the delivery date has now been changed from 18th May to 21nd May. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper update or movement toward delivery. This delay is unacceptable, especially when the order was expected to be deliver today. Please provide: The exact current status of the shipment The reason for the repeated delay A confirmed delivery timeline If the order cannot be delivered within the committed timeline
