[Resolved] Delhivery — Order not delivered but status shows delivered | |
I have placed an order in Healthmug and paid the money Rs. 1311 via debit card. The parcel has been dispatched and expected delivery was on Nov 13. I didn't receive the parcel but the status shows that the product has been delivered (AWB[protected]. Deliver my product coz i have already paid for it and waited two days already post the expected delivery date. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint has been resolved and I got my product delivered.the company's representative mailed me ([email protected].) that they had asked to cross check the order and delivery details. And in a maximum of 4 working days, the problem got solved. Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
