Delhivery — Package not delivered and Sent to Wrong Place

My Client has sent package on 26th May 2021 from Chandigarh and till date I have not received the my courier. My client wrote correct address along with pincode on the courier . When the courier reached to Hyderabad Hub, courier team has entered wrong dispatch branch i.e. Courier should reach to a small town by Name - Gajwel but courier team has wrongly dispatched to place by Name - Gadwal, which 275 Kms distance. Its been more than 4 to 5 days, I have sent mail to the team but I am getting very generic reply - "We apologize for the inconvenience. Our Team is Working and investigating "
They are investigating on package like Murder case. I think they just mention the word "WORKING" only in mail but not actually they do the same. They do not have any customer care number and use generic mail id for complaint.
Does it take more than 5 days to dispatch the courier within the same state.
I am uploading the courier tracking details with correct address mentioned and wrong city dispatched
