My package with id: [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 4th February 2022. I got the message that it was out for delivery, but has not been delivered to me for the last two days. I didn't get any call from your executive for receiving the order. I didn't receive any call and my phone wasn't switched off on 4th Feb. The status has been falsely updated without even trying.
Now, the status has been marked as "in transit" on the portal. There is no way to contact them. even tried reaching via mail/twitter/facebook. Was this information helpful? |
