A package with AWB no. [protected] (ref attachment MYPACKAGE) was NOT delivered to the stipulated address. Instead, a different package was delivered whose tracking ID is as attached herewith. The former package is untraceable as of now. This gross negligence is highly deplorable as is causing a great deal of anxiety to myself and my customer. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.
Called customer care of Ms. SHIPROCKET, the app thru which the delivery was arranged, but they refused on the pretext that the complaint was raised 2 days after receipt of the swapped package. Please note that the original recipient was out of station for those 2 days and a representative had received the package.
