[Resolved] Delhivery — Package out for delivery since 2nov | |
Tracking number -[protected]. Got otp multiple times, that executive ia out for delivery, however since 6 days there's no update on the package. There's no update on the ticket raised on delhivery site, and mails written to them. Customer care team doesn't care about the queries raised. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I had sent an e-mail at [email protected] and received a response the next day saying the package will be delivered.
However it wasn't delivered yesterday as well, but got it today.
Got to know that as last week was holiday week, offices were closed and executives weren't available to deliver the packages. Hence the delay. Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
