My order regarding replacement of Boult Airbass Propods placed on 29 Jan 2022 with courier service Delhivery and the expected delivery date was 5 Feb 2022. 15 days passed from the expected delivery date and I haven’t received my package yet. The product was at a Guntur Hub which is 30 KM away from delivery place since 5 Feb 2022. The delivery executive called me and asked me to pick up the product from Guntur which is 30 KM away from the delivery address actually placed and I questioned about the same and I have got a mail that my product is not delivered because I’m unavailable which is not true. So, I contacted Delhivery customer care many times and every time the reply was the same. That they have escalated this matter and are working to arrange delivery by next day. 15 days passed like this and there is no proper response regarding the issue. It’s tiring to wait and write again and again to your customer care. It’s a bitter experience. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
