My name is Toral Kavish and I am writing this email to notify you that your company Delhivery is not efficient and responsible in managing couriers intercity.
My AWB number is[protected]. My sister Priyal Patel has been writing emails to your company and she was told the package was lost and they can’t find it. The courier was picked from Hyderabad on 20th April and post that it is lost. I am extremely dissatisfied with the pathetic service and more so the customer care is irresponsible and has no idea how to assist. The package cost was approximately 15000 INR. I expect to be compensated for that amount asap.
I am going to post a google review about the whole ordeal that we had to go through and how your company is inefficient and scams people in stating that they can deliver.

Hi Arvind
I had booked a courier on the 18th of April with your company. It was booked from Hyderabad to Mumbai. I still haven't received the courier, and none of your executives bother replying to emails. if I write 5 emails, I get a reply for 1. I have couriered a very expensive bag, which cost me Rs.15000. I trusted your company only because I see brands using your services. Please see the timeline of events as below
17/04 courier booked( delivery date was 21/04)
18/04 courier was supposed to be picked up, but wasn't and the update said seller not available. However we weren't contacted for the pickup. I did get a call from someone from Delhivery but the guy was blabbering on the phone and behaving like he couldn't understand what I was talking.
19/04 I called back on the same number and he pretended he wasn't understanding what I was talking. Then he kept calling me numerous times and kept talking gibberish, at that point I had to keep cutting his calls. [protected] that's his number
20/04 courier was finally picked up. And the tracking was updated to 24
24/04 the parcel wasn't delivered, so I raised an issue. The only response was we will expedite this and deliver at the earliest. I asked for a call back since you don't have a number listed. No one called me. Parcel had already reached the destination warehouse, so don't understand what the delay was.
25/04 parcel was still not delivered. The status got updated to- delivery date 26/04. For this I raised an issue again and asked for a call back. They said we are looking into this on priority and will get it delivered asap. He said I will call you back in 24-48 hours. Never got a call back. This was supposed to be from Mr Ali Abbas
26/04. Parcel still not delivered. Status- to be delivered on 27/04
27/04. Parcel not delivered. Status updated to- to be delivered on 28/04.
Some executive from the WH is calling me to ask if I had received the parcel on Monday!?!?! So they have clearly lost the parcel. He said I will check and get back to you.
I called him in the evening, he is saying I am looking the CCTV footage and getting back in 30 mins. Never got a call back.
I called again, he said call Rahul, he will let you know. Called Rahul he said I am checking.CCTV footage and will get back.
What kind a company is this? How incompetent! If I raised the issue on Sunday, why is the CCTV footage only being checked on Wednesday. It was a birthday present for someone, which clearly never reached on time. Forget reaching on time, it seems to be lost!!! No one is communicating properly. I am emailing, and I barely get a reply. And the reply is the same automated standard reply of we are looking into it, we will deliver this at the earliest. Your booking only let me put the value of the bag at 10000. The bag costed me 15000 and was a present. I need that bag to be delivered ASAP. How can a bag that big be misplaced by the delivery agent??? For something that has a value.above a certain amount, you always send an OTP so how has he delivered it somewhere else. I am hoping to get a reply from you, and.a.replybthat will help me solve this issue
I am honestly tired of following up!.
PS: I have raised a complaint with the NCH as I am so disappointed with your services and treatment to the consumer.
