For my AWB [protected], the shipment was supposed to be delivered on 31st August. The shipment is already in Bangalore since 31st August. Today is the 05th of September and my parcel is still not delivered. I have tried reaching to the delivery customer support but their numbers are not reachable. Their website clearly calls out to reach over Web. So I raised a complaint and received the below response from them (Refer Delhivery Screenshot 1).
For the last 5 days Delhivery team is conveniently updating the status to "Delivery rescheduled" but not delivering my parcel (Refer Screenshots 2 and 3)
This parcel was supposed to be a gift for my daughter on her birthday. The surprise is spoiled but these shameless idiots do not bother at all. Delhivery sucks !!!
Request The Consumer complaints team to kindly help me in this regard and if my parcel is damaged to help me with the remuneration of the same.
