My parcel with AWB #[protected] is not delivered even after 5 days delay. I have paid extra for express delivery but the parcel is getting delayed day by day. Their customer care service is pathetic. There is no option to talk to a customer care representative to tell me the status. They only send regret message everytime you ask for status of parcel. When I asked to call back or provide number to talk to customer care person, they never bothered to call or provide number. Only IVR number is provided which is handled by robot.
