I have made cod order from H and M and made payment of Rs 5998/- through link given by delivery boy but after amount deduction the delivery boy said the payment is not received by company and make me to do payment again in his own gpay no being said i will get refunded the first amount which i dint get still....

Actually I have ordered boat smart watch on the 26 th November 2022 but when I visited market to purchase this watch in low cost
So that time is the date 27 November I will be informed boat website to cancel order...!!
But unfortunately my product was delivered on today
Gangapur delivery office...

I have ordered some furniture from flipkart and that order associated with delhivery for door step delivery.. It's been a month product did not delivered to me, it is in final hub since 10 days, delivery guy asking for extra money to deliver ot to doorstep.. Else he is Thretening me to cancel the order... And behaving rudely on call. And cancelling the order with out calling even calling me. I complained abt this issue to flipkart as well...

My package with AWB number[protected] was picked from Delhi on October 19th and it was supposed to be delivered on 24th to Patna. My package has not reached me and there is no detail available on tracking. Tried reaching out to the company never heard back from them. They are not even giving me the current location of my shipment. Please give me the current location of my shipment I will go there and pick it up....

I am a Client with Delhivery and I use it to send my orders All India. This fraud has been happening since few months now. Amount from my wallet is deducted thrice- 1. At the time of manifesting, 2. at the time of delivery and 3. when the company do the billing. Almost every month, they deduct unnecessary amount from the wallet charging me for extra weight for all the packages. The shipments which are not even 500gm, they are under 500 gm,...

Delhivery is the worst courier service I have ever seen
Pathetic customer service
My courier was picked on 29 September
And in the beginning I was told that my courier will be delivered by 2 October
I waited till 2 oct but the courier was not delivered and delivery date was shifted in application
I waited for one more day but the company shifted the delivery date again. This time I registered complaint...

I was about to receive the delivery of my Samsung TV through delhivery. The delhivery agent tried to send me the OTP to confirm the delivery. However, I didn't receive any OTP. Hence, the order was taken back by the agent....

My shipment has been reached at Siliguri Delhivery facility on 01 Sept 2022 which is just 13 Km from delivery address but still not delivered.

Daily they increase the estimated date of delivery. I raised multiple queries through Delhivery support link but no response received from 01 Sept 2022. (Today is 05 Sept 2022)

I ordered a package to delivered form Shamli to Delhi by delhivery limited courier service at 28 June. My package is picked up at 1 July and after 4 days company said me that your package is lost in our network we will pay for it. They offer me 2000 rs as compensation. My package from 'Bookswagon' has been shipped to the wrong address. Usually, it goes from 'New Delhi airport' to 'Haryana' to Ahmedabad.

However, my package was first delayed, and I didn't receive any updates about it for three days.

And now, when I checked, it's showing that it has been shipped to Ludhiana, which is in the opposite direction.

Please look into this matter and deliver my package...

We've ordered "UPSCALIO SURFACE package" through Flipkart, and I think that Flipkart has routed the delivery service to Delihvery.com. As per the schedule, they should deliver the product to my home yesterday, i.e. on 09-AUG-2022. But, they were telling that they could not reach my home as road is dirty, and truck cannot go. But, in fact, the road is very clear in front of our street. We have one car, and one two-wheeler where we use everyday...

I ordered something from a local seller in chennai. He gave the package to nearest delhivery centre. My tracking id no. is[protected]. I told seller about the situation. He visited that centre and the people there said that parcel has already left for main hub.

its 5 days and pickup is still pending. how is this even possible when seller has already hand over the package to courier company. every day the status...
