My order was scheduled to be picked up from Mumbai on 25th August 2024. This has been delayed for 2 days. On the app it shows pick up tried but I was never called or informed or anything.
Delhivery forces me to download app to see updates on the ticket I raised on the website. I should have the option to view it there as well.
There is no support staff that I can connect to only robotic responses.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    We had send our courier on 14th August 2024 the estimated delivery time was said as 23rd August 2024 and now the estimated delivery is delayed and showing it on 28th August 2024. The parcel contains some important things that is urgently needed and food items that may get unusable due to the delay.At the time of booking they said it will be delivered 9 days.

      Package has been stuck in Bilaspur, Haryana for so many days, still not showing signs of being shipped. They keep extending the expected delivery date. It was supposed to be delivered by 16th August. Contacted customer service, all they do is give the same reply, "please be patient blah blah, operational delays blah blah"
      Same seller sent me two packages, they were pickedup on the same date, so why is one lying on my shelf while the other is still thousands of kilometres away? Why keep extending the delivery date when I could've saved time by cancelling the order and getting it delivered via other courier service. If delhivery cannot do the one thing they charge money for, they shouldn't be in business, it's both illegal and unethical.

        I have received a damaged product from MYNTRA for which I scheduled a return stating the product is damaged.
        The return pickup was scheduled with DELHIVERY executive who has rejected the pickup 4 times without even verifying the product and forcefully obtained OTP for delivery.
        The company is constantly harassing me regarding the pickup of the aforementioned product.

          Incorrect status updated for return to shipper

          Booked from Birati to Chinsurah, order cancelled midway. Was supposed to be returned to shipper but constantly incorrect status is being updated. The package was picked up from my doorstep, why is the bottleneck here/. Why has no one contacted me and sent OTPs, how are they supposed to confirm OTP if they don't call? This is getting ridiculous....

The package was picked up from Bangalore Basavannagudi area on 28th July and reached the Destination Delivery Center in Visakhapatnam by 30th July. However, there has been no update on the shipment since then.

          Despite lodging multiple complaints through social media and their app, I have not received any proper response from their customer support team. Each time, the issue is flagged as delayed due to operational issues, but no concrete solution or estimated delivery time has been provided.

          This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I urgently need assistance to ensure the prompt delivery of my shipment. I request your immediate attention to this matter and a resolution at the earliest.

            I am writing to express my frustration regarding a significant delay in the delivery of my package by Delhivery. My package, which contains a Turbo Cooling Blower, with tracking number AWB #[protected] arrived at the nearby facility in Aluva over two weeks ago on[protected]. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Delhivery's customer support, my package has still not been delivered.

            Details of the Complaint:

            Order Date:[protected]
            Expected Delivery Date: in 5-7 days
            Current Status: Arrived at Aluva facility on[protected], but not yet delivered.
            Tracking Number: AWB #[protected]
            Order Confirmation Number: Order No. 35617
            Item: Turbo Cooling Blower
            I have reached out to Delhivery's customer support team multiple times through [email/phone/chat], but I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. The delay has caused me considerable inconvenience as I urgently need the Turbo Cooling Blower for my business purpose.

            I request immediate action to ensure the prompt delivery of my package. If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to higher authorities and relevant consumer forums.

              I raised a complaint regarding a damaged product purchased from nykaa app then they issue its pick up on 23 jul 2024 . Delivery agent called so my brother take the item to return it then Delivery agent said that i 've to return 2 items however i complained about only 1 item. And i also gave the OTP. But He didn't take the item then i called him why you didn't take the item he said i 've to return 2 items i told no its only a single product he didn't listen to me and talked very rudely and said then where he get the other. I tried to talk him and told plz check from your side may some technical issue is there. But he didn't listen and disconnected the call. Then again i called him and told if he was not taking the order then plz cancel so that i can reschedule it again. He canceled the pick up by giving the reason that i was unavailable. From that i'm trying to get the damaged item returned but its in vain. I reschedule it for 24 jul 2024, 25 jul 2024 but no picked up the parcel. I also tried to make complaint on the delhivery service they replied that today will pe picked up the product but no response no tracking updates plz resolve the issue asap . Thank u

              I got contact through email and then they further raise the complaint and my order get picked up. Also i contacted the shopping app customer care service. They also resolved the issue drom their end.

                AWB[protected] Parcel had been sent to Banaswadi Banglore on 17/ 7/ 24 which reached Hosekote on 18/7/24 evening. Initially ETA 21/7/24 Rescheduled 24/7/24.Querry raised Ticket made Talked to Hosekote facility staff but they did not bother to deliver.
                24/2/24 received a Email stating that parcel damaged/material perished so we are discarding.
                This is HIGLY unprofessional and gross Negligence of Hoskote facility.I fail to understand what made them to hold the parcel since 18/7/ 24.
                Indeed refund of material cost INR 1000+courier charges INR 592.

                    Hi Team,
                    I requested a online parcel pickup from Delhivery services to send a package from Bangalore to Jammu. It was scheduled to be delivered on 7th July but was delayed. The tracking details show it is still in bangalore till 5th July. There were no updates on the package. There is no direct line to reach the customer care and I am not getting any details on the whereabouts of the package. I'm highly concerned.
                    Moreover, I requested for cancellation of the package today on 10th July and it started showing delivery date as 1st Jan. this is a high matter of concern now. Please help me in retrieving my package now. There is no body who is picking up the call or helping

                      On 29th Jun'2024 got SMS from Delhivery along with OTP. We have ordered multiple orders from different E-Commerce. When I got SMS, I was Out of Town and forwarded SMS to my Spouse. Delhivery person came and said that its COD, My Spouse tried to reach on before collecting product, but i was unable to reach over phone. Finally she paid amount and collected product after sharing the OTP. When we the product, we were shocked with items, since we didn't order those items(product). There is no invoice copy in the parcel. There is only one label outside the parcel with shipment details and AWB, Seller Name and SRT. we were shocked after seeing the seller details. Seller name is Delhivery and address: SRT. its booked by Delhivery only, But at the bottom return address mentioned as: 205, Mahavir Industrial Estate, Station Road, Bhestan, Surat. Searched in google, here is no seller information available with this name.
                      I am tried to reach Delhivery over E-Mail, they are sharing seller phone numbers and asked for return my money.
                      Looks this is scam started by Delhivery only. If this is not scam, why Delhivery is not sharing Seller details when customer asked. Here either seller might have came you office and booked the parcel and you might have reach seller shop to collect it. Both ways you must collected contact details. how come your Delhivery accepted this parcel.
                      Please return my money and collect the product.

                              I have ordered refrigerator from

                              LG electronic India private limited.
                              Titanium Logistics and Industrial Park LLP, Warehouse No 1 & 3, Near Maladi Mata Temple, 382220 India

                              They are saying my refrigerator shipped through Delhivery and when i track the shipment. its showing only "Delivery agent didn't contact and delivery delayed". I tried to contact LG customer care but they are saying its with Delhivery and online there is no option to contact Delhivery delivery agent. I paid full amount but didn't get my refrigerator.

                              It has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side. So please kindly resolve my problem.

                                A parcel booked on 20 May 24 at Chennai AWB [protected] not delivered in Hyderabad till date. No response to online complaints and no response from IVR calls. Parcel was marked urgent and its five days now, no trace of the parcel

                                  They took your money and in place of refund they will make you fool. No customer care number not responding mails. After many follow-ups and creation of many tickets to app. No response found.

                                      I am trying to book a shipment with Delhivery for a package weighing 477 grams. However, I was dismayed to find that upon confirming the shipment booking, the only available option was the default range of 500 GM–2 kg. Despite there being other suitable options for my package's weight, they were inexplicably disabled, leaving me with no choice but to pay extra for a service I did not require.

                                      This practice appears to be a deliberate attempt to extract additional fees from customers by limiting their choices and forcing them into unnecessary expenditures. Such conduct not only undermines trust in Delhivery's services but also raises serious ethical concerns.

                                      I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation, such as revising the booking system to allow customers to select the most suitable option based on their package weight, and ensuring transparency in pricing and service offerings.
