I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order that was picked up by your delivery agent but never reached its intended destination. Despite the fact that I have a CCTV video recording confirming the pickup, the order status has been unjustifiably updated to "cancelled." I am unable to contact the Delhivery customer service number. I was able to connect with their contract person perfumes2order partner of Delhivery probably. Very poor response and even the Delhivery staff or agent assigned for my payback order was extremely pathetic and rude and harassing and Eve teasing me. He also gave false information when I tried reattempting my delivery the same day he said they don’t work after 4 PM but your timings...

I have ordered some furniture from flipkart and that order associated with delhivery for door step delivery.. It's been a month product did not delivered to me, it is in final hub since 10 days, delivery guy asking for extra money to deliver ot to doorstep.. Else he is Thretening me to cancel the order... I am a Client with Delhivery and I use it to send my orders All India. This fraud has been happening since few months now. Amount from my wallet is deducted thrice- 1. At the time of manifesting, 2. at the time of delivery and 3. when the company do the billing. Pathetic customer service
My courier was picked on 29 September
And in the beginning I was told that my courier will be delivered by 2 October
I waited till 2 oct but the courier was not delivered and delivery date was shifted in application
