Delhivery — Parcel not received for AWB[protected]

I had booked a pick up from Indirapuram Ghaziabad on August 20th and I have not received it till date to Bangalore 560051. I have been asking them repeatedly about the status of my order but they keep saying that we are looking into it. I have attached the screenshot of chain of emails I started exchanging with them from September 4th till today. They do not call back and are not even refunding my prepaid amount of Rs 183. On September 15th a delivery executive came and gave me a parcel which had ragged torn smelly cloth inside. My parcel was a brand new 2 piece salwar suit and instead I received a piece of rag. I sent it back and raised a complaint again with Delhivery but all they have been saying is that we are looking into it. They said they will return the parcel back to its origin but that is also not done and I even offered to pick it up from the Bangalore warehouse but no response. I have not come across such an ethical service provided who have no sense of responsibility and accountability. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me trace my parcel.
