Delhivery — Parcel received by the client she paid to the delivery guys and in return I have received in stones

The client has received the parcel and she paid to delivery person thru Payym this is confirmed by the client over phone call she shares pictures of bag and paytm screenshot but on the website it showing that client has denied to take parcel and today I received the returned parcel and in that parcel I received stones in a different box in the below I have attached all the proof please review my case on urgent basis
