Delhivery — Parcel service Koramangala delhivery

I was trying to send parcel from Bangalore to Chennai. I enquired Koramangala delhivery office. I took my cpu and monitor which i want to send it to chennai. He took and parcel it and asking me 5000rs. When i sat i don't want to send it for this much.. He's not allowing me to cancel. Asking 2000rs atleast
