Delhivery — Parcel Stuck at Dankuni facility for 14+ days

My parcel is stuck at the Delhivery Dankuni facility for over two weeks. It had been delayed due to a 'vehicle accident'.
The delivery date is constantly being shifted, but no attempts to deliver, move the parcel are being made.
Customer care appears to block calls as well.
Not sure why merchants still choose these guys as a courier partner.
