Delhivery — Parcels not getting delivered at 185211

Address:Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir

I ordered a laptop from Flipkart AWB[protected] and the order was shipped with Delhivery. On 27th September it arrived at final delivery station. Now I got an sms (screenshot attached) from Delhivery that the parcel is available for self pickup at a location that is 40km away from my delivery address. I ordered the product at 185211 Mendhar pincode but the self pickup pincode is 185121 Lassana and that is in another area.
And this isn't the first time Delhivery in my area is doing such things. Another parcel AWB[protected] ordered from Flipkart was reschduled for delivery everyday for 10 days and then it was returned mentioning that it was cancelled by customer, while I didn't receive any call from Delhivery just an sms saying your item is available for self pickup at 185121 which is 40km away.
Please direct Delhivery to deliver products at door step or just don't accept any parcels if they can't deliver them.
