I had ordered an item from Flipkart and the Delhivery courier sent us an sms on THREE DIFFERENT MORNINGS (12, 13, 15 September 2015) saying "Your package is out for delivery". And then an sms the same evening on all days saying "Your package could not be delivered, kindly contact customer care"
I called their customer care on 12-Sep @ [protected] thinking we must have missed the courier. BUT the response was "We are having a problem at our Thane centre, the package hasn't been attempted for delivery yet". So I asked why did you send out the message in the morning then? NO ANSWER from the executive.
THIS EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED ON 12, 13, 15 SEP. In the middle, I didn't get a single call back from Delhivery. I called them all the time to find out when the item will be delivered. Finally, they delivered it on 15 Sep after constant follow up by me..
Now, I find that ALL the calls have been charged, the number is not even toll-free!
I HAD lodged a complaint at Flipkart regarding this too, but haven't received any call from them.
Pathetic service from Delhivery. Cheap is also a compliment to them.
