Delhivery — Payment done through link but not received by company

I have made cod order from H and M and made payment of Rs 5998/- through link given by delivery boy but after amount deduction the delivery boy said the payment is not received by company and make me to do payment again in his own gpay no being said i will get refunded the first amount which i dint get still.
