I made a new order on Delhivery Direct website.
After entering all details I choose payment method as Paytm UPI.
I paid but it is not reflected on their website.
Money is deducted but payment status is pending on their website.\

The order was confirmed after 2 days on Delhivery but I had already sent the documents by another courier company So I cancelled the order and after 5 days I got the refund
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
