Delhivery — Phone number not mapped to my delhivery awb

Delhivery is getting an LG order that we have to reject but the phone is not mapped to the order/ AWB. I cannot call the phone IVR because it won't let my call go through, I downloaded the app but again no support because of the phone issue. The last four digits of the phone on Delhivery.com tracking are incorrect. So, how will the delivery agent call me. And, I am reading that Delhivery does not require OTP. So, what if the agent just delivers to the wrong persons/ address because my phone number is not mapped, and OTP is not needed? Very worrisome. I have to reject this order but cannot do so. Please help.
