It has been nearly 10 days since my shipment was supposed to be picked up, but the pickup agent has not contacted me and my pickup has been cancelled three times with the reason 'customer not at the pickup address'. When I made a new return request on April 27th, there has been no response from the customer care team and no one has been assigned to my request. They are also cheating the customers and making the seller's reputation degrade. I want my pickup to be scheduled as soon as possible.
