Delhivery — Pickup executive calls but doesnt come for pickup

I have ecommerce business and I use different shipping partners to ship across India. Whenever I ship via Delhivery I have major issue with pickup. The pickup executive calls and confirms that shipment is ready but never shows up. Later if you try to call him he doesnt pick his phone. Executive number is [protected]. Same thing happened today, my shipment with AWB[protected] was expected to be picked up, he called but didnt show up. Now I have to escalate to get the pickup done. SOmetimes it take 3 to 4 days of escalations before pickup is done. This is not just unprofessional. its very frustrating. We have shipping commitments to our customers if pickup doesnt happen on time, how we can meet our commitments. Why your person calls and doesnt show up every time? Later I get a message saying shipment pickup attempted but shipment not ready. This is highly unacceptable. unprofessional and frustrating and directly impacts the business.
