Delhivery — Pickup Issue

My return pickup for a product having AWB [ [protected]] was scheduled for 19/10/24. Your agent rescheduled the order for another day and didn't came on that day even. Then again he did the same thing and its the fourth day today and still my pickup is pending .I am facing trouble and need a solution for it. I request you to reschedule my pick up again as soon as possible.
