I ordered trolley bag from flipkart on July 30 2023. I received the order on 1st August 2023. Since the bag was not durable and looked like poor quality issues with handle, I submitted a return request on the same day, i.e on 1st August 2023.
My return request and refund was approved by seller and "Delhivery was the courier partner for pickup.
On 2nd, 3rd and 4th August, I received SMS from "Delhivery" stating my order would be picked up and to provide OTP for pickup, but at the end of the day, they update the status in the Delhivery online status falsely saying "Customer is Unreachable", even though I was available 24/7 at the pickup location. This happened for 3 days and I kept on waiting at my place hoping someone would turn up. Nobody tried to contact me. The AWB reference number for Delhivery pickup is[protected].
I contacted "Delhivery" support Executives 3 times to get the status of my pickup and they didn't help. I mentioned the issue of falsely updating status in the online order tracking website of Delhivery. Even though they promised pickup by 4th August multiple times, nobody came to pick up. I even talked to the customer executive on phone and he promised Strict action against the delivery person and ensured that the order will be picked up ASAP within 24 hours. It has been 3 days and no news from Delhivery.
It's been mental torture dealing with the lies and fraudulent behavior of DELHIVERY customer service executives. It's not really my job to ensure the defective order is picked up immediately. Was this information helpful? |
