I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent shipment with the tracking number [NB[protected]] that has not been delivered to me despite being marked as "out for delivery."

I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this parcel, and it is disappointing to see that it has not reached its destination as expected. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during the delivery process; however, the lack o[censored]pdates or attempted deliveries is causing inconvenience and frustration.

I have diligently monitored the tracking status, which consistently shows the parcel as "out for delivery" but has not been delivered to the intended address. I have also checked for any attempted delivery notifications or contact from the courier service, but there have been none.

As the recipient, I have made necessary arrangements to ensure that I am available to receive the parcel during delivery hours. Given the urgency of the contents, it is crucial that the parcel is delivered promptly.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and prompt resolution of the issue. Please provide me with an update on the status of the parcel and any necessary steps to ensure its successful delivery.

If there are any issues or challenges preventing the delivery, I would appreciate transparency and clear communication regarding the situation. Additionally, I would like to explore any available options to expedite the delivery process and prevent further delays.

Recently I shifted some furniture items from Delhi to Srinagar through KSInternationalDCB2BRC Delhivery Small World under Delhivery Courier Service Agent Cell No. +[protected] and amount fixed was ₹8000/ and accordingly I made payment and he shared LR[protected] for 8 items on 11 feb 24.
On 15th Feb 24 he told me to pay extra ₹2000/ - due to extra items/packaging charges which actually was not the case but being on receiving end I made the payment .and when I enquired him about the shipment update he told me that earlier LR has been Cancelled now you track through LR[protected] and when I tracked it it showed me that shipment has been returned as per shippers instructions . Then I called him what's going on he told i have sent them message it will be returned to your address . Today I was surprised when delivery boy came to my address and told me to pay ₹5460/ - as shipment was returned which is quite unjustified. the scam was planned by Agent Cell No. +[protected] as Tracking details were never linked with my Cell No . and No earlier attempt was made to deliver the product which can be assessed from tracking details of AWB [protected]

The delivery partner called me at 4.50 pm to delivery my parcel. but unfortunately, I can't attend the call, then after 10 minutes he called me again and i took up. my delivery address was my office. he told me to come and collect from near by shop which is very near to my office. it is difficult for me to go there because its my office time. so, he refuses to deliver my product on that day in very bad manner. his behavior is very irritating. i felt very bad on his behavior.

I haven't received any reply in connection with my returned product through delhivery, which I have lodged these grievances on 24 and 29th Jan 2024 to Delhivery courier service. However I haven't received any reply till date. Awb no.[protected] and ticket no. [protected]. Details are as follows:

Package with AWB [protected] has not been delivered for several days. Their customer support is pathetic and not able to speak to a real person. Does anyone know how to escalate

Awb #[protected], my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 3rd finally after a fake remark and much delay a parcel was delivered to my address. Later i found out that it was tampered as in mt awb n details were taped on the parcel with a different receiver details underneath. Now after much enquiry it has come to fore that the delivery center at srinagar has messed up and delivered the parcel erroneously to the wrong person which is a totally false claim because my address has been taped on it which is a deliberate attempt and not just error. Also they claim that the said person is not returning the parcel because its a high value one and their own was dirt cheap. Kindly look into this scam and stealing.

There is a pickup of mine through flipkart.Each and everytime they are making lame excuses and not coming to my place for pickup.Always updating false updates that the pickup is delayed as per customer request which is not true.Actually the reality is that they neither come to my place nor contacted me once.

Note my complaint, I had booked a Dell gaming laptop and a mouse from Amazon India against order no[protected] on[protected], in which the mouse was received on 15th January 2024 but the laptop was not received. Whose AWB NO is [protected], but the status shows DELIVERED on 17 January 2024, whose value is Rs 71159.84. Please solve the problem keeping the matter in mind.

I ordered selfy-stick with power-bank from Telesin website on 6th Jan 2024. As per the tracking info from Telesin Delhivery received my package on 17th Jan. Since then I was tracking the package in delhivery app and as per tracking update Package arrived in Pune on 24/25th Jan, I assumed I will receive the my delivery in couple of days. But when I checked the tracking update Package was sent back to Delhi on 26th and On 27th Package was marked delivered at Delhi address. When Raised complaint on app I received a call from their agent who argued with me regarding address. I have not received any response from since then.

I have arranged for a parcel to be picked up from Mumbai 400033 my friends's place and to be delivered to my address in pune 412307. I have paid money in the app through online mode for their pickup and delivery service as well.
I made this order on 23rd January. It was supposed to be picked up on 24th. There was no update on it on 24th. I called them to raise a ticket. On 25th around noon it status of the order changed- it said that a person will pick it up and a number is mentioned. I called him around 4:10-4:15. When I mentioned that he was supposed to pick it up the day before, he ended the call without saying anything. Now he updated the status to say that the merchant didn't have the package with them.
I asked my friend, and I was told that the package is still there and nobody came to pick it up or didn't even call about the pickup.

Now I don't find any other way to proceed.

I booked product for Chennai client and I booked on 16th Jan 2023 and from Mumbai office they told me that product will be deliver within 4 day but till today on 23rd of Jan product is not delivered and also they stopped just because of 2800 Rs amount and at the time of delivery they did not called to the party for the payment and they just answered that party was not ready for the payment and that's why they did not delivery product. Also, the Chennai office they did not pick up the call on any number. Just because of this behavior and pathetic service of delivery.com I lose my client and also, I lose my business.

I am exhausted with this company there is no way to reach the customer support executive of this company. I received my order from Nykaa Fashion via Delivery on 14th of Jan. I wanted to return the product and created a return request on that very day. No one showed up to pick up my order on 15th and on 16th the delivery guy refused to pick up my order due a problem in my phone number and I couldn't give him my OTP. Nykaa Fashion told me if the 3rd delivery attempt oe on 17th of Jan fails then they would cancel it. And Delhivery people still didn't cancel my order even after Nykaa Fashion requested them to cancel it. Every now and then a delivery guy shows up at my door and refuse to take the parcel. There has been no resolution and I am tired of contacting customer service. No one is taking action to cancel my return and every other day there is a guy outside. Kindly help
