I made a payment of Rs. 2498 to Delhivery through phone pe app and the payment was successful also but the Delhivery person told that he hasn't received the payment on his Delhivery app and it is showing unsuccessful. He then said me to Pay in cash and told that I'll receive the refund within 24 hours. My Delhivery AWB no. is [protected]. I've attached the proof of payment as well.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order that was picked up by your delivery agent but never reached its intended destination. Despite the fact that I have a CCTV video recording confirming the pickup, the order status has been unjustifiably updated to "cancelled."       AWB[protected]
      I've been trying to contact the customer support but they haven't been helping me with this. They lost my package and delivered some random box. Even after sending them the video, they are not helping with the issue.
      Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      They still haven't done anything. They just keep ignoring the problem till I give up. How is this even allowed? Please someone take legal actions against these scammers.

        I had booked ab express courier from Bangalore to Kolhapur Maharashtra.

        [protected] and it was picked up on 7th July. Estimated delivery date was 2-4 days.. but the courier is still not delivered. Current status is still showing Bangalore. And delivery date is day by day increasing.

          We have sent a package for delivery containing personal documents with AWB[protected] on Delhivery direct. Status show it has been delivered on 10th July but it has not.
          Our work is impacted due to this. Please help ASAP.

          This is very common. Unfortunately, they will not do anything about this. They lost my package too and its been a month I've been asking for help everywhere but no help from their side at all.

                This is the first time im facing such a irresponsible management and suppressing of an issue from a known courier company.
                On may 29th, 2023. I placed a pick up order for a pc part for replacement.
                On 5th june, the order status marked as refused by the receiver. But once i talked with the receiver, he got no delivery or any call from the courier guy. I also talked to the support and raised the ticket, but no respond.
                After few days, they maked by order for the RTO(return to origin) order. And i asked again for such status but still no response.
                On 13th june, order status as Out of Delivery for return. I was waiting for my parcel but instead i notice the order was marked as delivered successful.
                I got so frustrated with all the non sense happened with my order. I tried to talked to the support again but yet not a single reply back about the situation. Hence i assume they literally lost my parcel.
                Not only tje situation was annoying, but they even removed all my support ticket data and responses from the app. And no trace of the history of my orders.
                Worst experience ever.

                        Hi, I placed a pick-up from Goa, which requires an urgent delivery so I opted for the Express Delivery. But for some reason, the pick-up is still pending and Delhivery has no customer support to help me with the case. I've already paid for the service. Please help.

                          My package was completely torn and taped again. Looks like it has been tampered. My watch which costed 10k has been replaced with some cheap watch!

                            My waybill number is[protected].
                            Contact number for this package is not reachable for incoming or outgoing calls at the moment as I am outside india. Instead of going straight to the address where anyone from my family can receive it, they just try to call the number and skip the delivery if number is not reachable. What is the purpose of having an address then.
                            Even when I try to call the customer support from other number to give them further instructions on delivery or alternate number, the call gets disconnected saying " to make call from the number that is related to the package". How am i suppose to contact now? They should have some common channel to be contacted whatever the number may be.
                            On the other hand, cannot they just go to the address and deliver it? Proper address is mentioned there.

                              I have ordered mattress from Flo on 17th june and same thing has been shipped through Delhivery courier services on 22nd June.
                              Shipment was reached near by our location on 23rd june and shipment was lying on there warehouse for 4 days.
                              Shipment services are very bad and delivery person as well. he called on 27th evening 6.30 pm and asking us come and pick the package from where they are not ready to deliver at our door steps or collect it from there office.
                              then why this is called courier services when we need to pick it for our self.

                              later he marked as Order Undelivered: since they could not get in touch with us.

                                Shipment was done on June 8 to Hyderabad but the delivery was bot done post 15 days also. I cancelled the delivery and asked to return it back to me. But now after 4 days this delivery is out for return but it was showing that delivery could not be attempted. I have my exam papers in that courier which has to be submitted to college.

                                After raising a complaint here alao no action has been taken by them. This is very poor service by them.

                                No customer support number to contact about the issues. No reply is being given to mails as well. Very riduculous and ignorant behavior by delhivery courier services team.

                                Utterly shattered and dissatisfied with this mental traumatic behavior shown by them.

                                  Product has been delayed for 13 days already promised deadline is postponed everyday as they wish, after complaint here they spoke with me delivery in 30mins on the way they promised again same thing happened they changed the date to next day didn't even care about the customer as if there are doing charity business for poor.

                                    I had placed 2 couriers with Delhivery from Hyderabad to Chennai on 18 May 23 with AWB numbers:[protected] and[protected]. The Delhivery could not do the delivery for more than the stipulated time thus I asked for a RETURN of the couriers owing to couriers being expensive and my fear of them getting lost in transit.

                                    Now to date the items have not been returned. Whenever I check for any update on the app or website of Delhivery it says getting delivered tomorrow, however, every day the date is updated to the next day.

                                    I have tried to contact customer care and written emails to resolve this to Delhivery. They have either not responded or responded with false promises.

                                    No accurate information has been provided by any officials of Delhivery to date nor any person from Delhivery has ever tried to contact me about this problem on the telephone.
