[Resolved]  Delhivery — pickup of return item cancelled - tracking id: [protected]

I placed an order for the resonate WIfi UPS through amazon and the bridge cable was missing so amazon helped raise a return request on 5th May. The pick up does not show up on the amazon app as it shows as "Will be scheduled by carrier" which is Delhivery.
The item was supposed to be picked within 3 days as per amazon but nobody did until yesterday so I called amazon and they placed another request to pick up the item and asked me to wait 72 hrs more.
I still dont see a date mentioned on the app for the PICK UP.
Unless the pick the item, the refund of Rs. 1799 wont be processed by amazon. I am stuck in between these two vendors now.
I just need my money back and let them pick the item whenever they want to.
