Delhivery — poc not responding, not providing solution of tickets. | |
I have account with delhivery by name "nardev fashion dfs". From last 15 days my poc (Point of contact) was changed. Previous poc was very good and solved our all tickets/complaints over email and call. New poc now harrassing us from very first day. He is closing tickets without solution. We open ticket again from client panel but they again closed it without solution and without informing us. I had contact my first and second point of contact (Digvijay. [protected]@delhivery.com) and (Prashant. [protected]@delhivery.com) But they two also not responding.. Due to non resolutions of all tickets, my shipment is getting returned... And i loss in many aspect with money and reputation to deliver shipment to my client... I prefer not to use delhivery because they not responding properly... I realy mentally harrased by my poc and delhivery... I first time experience such mental harrassment by delhivery. Was this information helpful? | |
