[Resolved]  Delhivery — Product delivered to wrong address and is lost

Hi,
One of my orders with tracking ID [protected] was delivered to the wrong address and is lost now. The shipping address is completely different from the address on the tracking page as can be seen in the screenshots. The vendor also tried to place a return order for the package, still no success. This is very frustrating. Delhivery tracking page even shows call was placed to the consignee and no call was received by me. It was a very expensive product and it raises a huge concern for trust on delhivery service.
