On 23rd of july a delivery person from delhivery courier came to pickup my return parcel. As he has already picked up the parcel but it is showing pickup pending. I was told that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours but no progress has been made. I am utterly disappointed with delhivery courier as they have lost my return parcel and now i am not getting my refund. There is no way to contact delhivery and they are not responding my emails.
