I have a disgusting experience with delhivery courier these people do not have any track of what they are doing there have been orders which they deliver to wrong address without checking the booking address or address on the packet o had to literally redirect the courier at my cost for 2 courier without any support from the liacal branch or customer support now I have a bigger problem they are showing courier number[protected] as delivered on 2 Aug but this is still not delivered now I have written atleast 15 mails to the customer support guy Ali Abbas but no revert is coming moreover after telling the delhivery guy again and again I got the cobra Cr person of Wadala branch manager Arjun who referred the local cluster manager of Zirakpur Deepika she said she will update me tomorrow and I can coordinate with her colleagues Mukul who never picks up the phone also I am mentioning the number of these people so that a strict action can be taken against them
Deepika[protected] she said she will update me tomorrow and since morning she is not taking my call or replying to msg
Mukul[protected] this guy is team member of Deepika who was supposed to help me he is not picking up the phone only
Arjun[protected] he referred the case to Deepika
I am surprised how come these people don’t have a call centre number nor any TAT tracking of the mails sent
