[Resolved]  Delhivery — Product not delivered as per expected date.

I have booked the Delhivery Limited courier service on 28th Dec 2021 for a package of around 1.0 KG, from Mumbai to Surat, tracking id:[protected]. While booking the expected delivery date was 31st Dec 2021. The company has failed to deliver the package as of today (03 Jan 2022). The product is lying at their Surat office from 30th Dec 2021 (5 days) The company does not have any contact numbers to reach out and the number mentioned on the website is not functioning. I'm mentally disturbed as that parcel has to be worn on marriage occasion and these Delhivery guys have not yet delivered my product. I have sent them 4-5 reminder emails about my package and they are failing to respond to my emails.

Now again the date of delivery has been changed from 03rd Jan 2022 to 04th Jan 2022. This is what happening from 30th Dec 2021.
