Delhivery — Product not delivered from last 20 weeks and it's lost from courier end

Tracking ID:[protected], Product with mentioned tracking ID is not delivered yet from last three days. Delhivery executive are not replying the truth of the matter with hollow promises from last three weeks. I want refund for the product immediately. Why They are not accepting that their delivery person has lost the product in Jaipur
