I have been writing to Delhivery since 29 dec 22 about my parcel which is updated as delivered, however nothing was delivered to me. Its an important document which they are unable to tell me where it is. To my surprise, they don’t have a customer care no and you have to wait before they respond to you on email, which they don’t. My tracking id[protected]. Worst possible customer care as no one responds. I don’t understand, how can they not know where my parcel is after 3 days of time and with no customer care to speak to, they just get away without providing you any answers. I request Delivery to please locate my parcel and deliver it and also to update their customers about their belongings. I am just amazed as to how can a company not have somebody to talk to for help as they are making fool of public by keeping everything on email where they don’t respond.
