Delhivery — Product not delivering to my customer

My customer not received the product yet...it was my second try for delivering same product to same customer... First time the product was returned to origin with out inform customer... The product was arrived at courier facility on 27th february... But not yet delivered... Update shows unable to reach my customer... But no delivery attempt was made by delivery agent...Please deliver the product
