Delhivery — Product Not Shipped even after 12 days and not providing any response

I ordered a pickup and drop service for a parcel. Even after 12 days they didn't shipped the product and i checked multiple times by raising a support request but not getting any response of the delay or what happened to my parcel which is having my laptop that is needed for my work.
The ordered date was on : 31st December 2022

Please help me on getting my parcel.
