Delhivery — Product /order not received

Have ordered bag from flipkart and it is to be delivered by your courier service but not delivered .I have ordered product on 30 sept, 2022. It has to be delivered by oct 10, 2022.But till now no update from your side.its has been delayed by already 6 days and till no update. May i knaw what are you doing with product with simply stroing in your fact.
